What a beautiful and colorful wedding. Susan and Deepak were married in Valdosta Georgia at the home of Mr. and Mrs. K.G. Kumar. They had an Indian and Western ceremony on the same day which allowed them to equally celbrate both of their traditions.

The Reception was an amazing display of color with mostly jewel tones with reds, yellows, and golds. The floral design by Doug Carter was outstanding. Great job Doug! This event was catered by Covington’s of Valdosta. Their presentation was also over the top. We know there must have been many more involved in helping create such a memorable day for Susan and Deepak. For example, the other catering companies, dancers, bands, DJ’s, and tent companies.

ADVICE FROM THE BRIDE: We would suggest plenty of patience, time in advance for planning and expecting something to go wrong on the wedding day and being mentally prepared to deal with it. Having a "day of" planner is crucial as is having someone with the experience and connections to keep vendors in line and the plan on schedule. It's helpful to come to the table with a very clear idea of what you want and picking people who can help you realize that idea and improve upon it.
